About Me: I am relatively new to the ecosystem. Exactly one year ago, I purchased some ETH NFTs on the advice of a relative, after doing a deep dive into Crypto reading and listening to everything I could get my hands on. My heavy research to convince myself helped me to see the potential and realize it's the future. At first I focused mostly on accumulating tokens. After reading the white paper on Cardano and liking the humanitarian nature of the ecosystem, I moved over to Cardano NFTs. My first Cardano Project was Cardano Proxies. The Proxie community pulled me in and now I am very active in the community there. My time is valuable and it is important that I manage it well. After jumping into everything that moves, I only focus on projects that have a worthwhile mission and that I can and do truly believe in.

Professional Exp: I am not sure how relevant, but I am actually retired and have a well rounded mid to upper level management and leadership experience and can bring a lot of wisdom and common sense to most environments.

Improve Ergo: There is a lot of frustration, disappointment, and even anger in the ecosystem due to the failure of so many projects and exchanges. It seems Crypto to many is just a money grab. What ERGO brings to the table is quite refreshing and has the potential to restore faith and trust. It is imperative that ERGO gets its message and approach out there to the community that so wants to believe in the future of the space. The more I discover and learn about ERGO the more I believe.
