Meeting recording, notes, and transcript

Summary:
Proposing to make the meeting screen share, notes, and transcript public for
all.

Body:
I'd like to make this official with a vote as I think asking in the channel isn't the best way.

At the start of each zoom a warning will be announced before hitting record, allowing people to change their zoom display name for privacy's sake.

No faces will be rebroadcast, only the screen share.

After the meeting, the meeting notes, screen share, and transcript will be placed in an organized public folder and announced to the main ErgoPlatform telegram and discord.


Reason:
-

- I like the idea but am voting "no" for the moment. Last meeting my name was mentioned a few times. Would also like to change some of the shared docs to not include my name before broader sharing

- agree with above we could start after this vote is approved to begin recording.

- Just a note, nothing historically would be shared, only those meetings moving forward AFTER if the vote passes.
