Reason:
-

- I maintain that we do not need a separate mission and vision statement. Both terms carry the same meaning. Voting 'no' in favour of finding a way to combine both. -Wilford

- It doesn't need to be perfect, right out of the gate. This is a good start.

- Vision is a higher-level statement of the "What", whereas Mission includes "how" we fulfill that vision.
