TVL Boost using THZ as collateral

Summary:
I am proposing we create a SigUSD loan request using our THZ as collateral
to boost TVL.

Body:
Currently in the Sigmanauts treasury we are sitting on a large sum of THZ tokens that are not benefitting anybody in the community. For now while we are waiting on the platform to be developed, this makes sense.

However, to boost TVL vanity metrics for the purposes of marketing (exchanges track these stats), I propose we create a quite large loan request using our THZ as collateral.

The health ratio can even be undercollateralized for the amount we are requesting - the idea isn't that the loan actually gets filled.

This is pure vanity metrics but for CEXs looking at listing Ergo it would help us boost our visibility just a little bit.
