About Me: I have only recently become active in the socials but I have been in the ergo ecosystem since Aug 2021 when I started mining erg. I have always resonated with the ergo manifesto and have recently decided I want to contribute to the ecosystem more than just mining. So far I have just been fixing bugs in the ergo website but I would like to do more to be a contributing factor in the growth and maturity of the ecosystem in order to help reach the end goal of creating unstoppable financial tools for the ordinary person. I think the sigs will be a driving force in this process.

Professional Exp: I have a computer science degree with 2 years of professional experienced plus a year of internships. My current role is full stack web development.

Timezone Availability: I am usually available after 9pm UTC on weekdays and mostly available on weekends.

Improve Ergo: If I could improve one thing about ergo it would be how we are perceived by miners. We need to attract more miners, engaged miners that contribute more than just hash power. What we have now is large farms that hop on the network when difficulty is low, mine till it adjusts, hop off, leave the more difficult blocks to the little guys (like me), then the cycle repeats. I understand this is the reality post merge and it happens to most if not all POW chains, but it can be deterred by improving the DAA. This is also effecting UX with the large fluctuations in block times. Now with the Twitter account ordeal over hopefully we can get the bigger figures in mining back on our side, as like it or not, they can bring more miners to the chain and promote our messaging, which is actually very pro miner (a good example is when Joe recently when on DJ mines). Mining pools is a whole other story, but with the sigs pool and lithos I think we’re heading in the right direction.
