HQ hosted an AMA with coinx espanol and filippounits on behalf of the sigs where he fronted some ergs as a reward. It seems like it brought in some new people to the community. Voting yes would reimburse HQ 20 ergs from the treasury for this.

Note:
Typically, it is good practice that votes are put up before an amount and or action is decided on...in this case it seems like it was a last minute suggestion on the coinx's part for a giveaway where HQ took the risk and is ok with either outcome.
