Formal Donation from PEPerg

Summary:
PEPerg is looking to donate 5 percent of funds collected during their
promotion countdown (end of July)

Body:
from project owner - Part of our plan is to donate 10% of our remaining funds at the end of the 30 day promo period (end of July) to the 5% EF / 5% sigmanauts. Ideally these funds will be locked for one year and can then be used to help continue fund ecosystem development in the form of paying people for tasks.

A yes vote means:
- Formally accept the donation of PEPerg tokens and publicly acknowledge via social channels.
- Accept the terms of utilizing PEPerg as bounty/reward funds.
- Hire or find a volunteer dev to write a short smart contract to allow spending to the sigs multisig wallet of PEPerg amount after one year from donation.

Any no vote will put this proposal into discussion mode at the next sigs meeting.


Reason:
- NO, A "Locked Donation" along with other experiences with the individual have led me to believe this forced affiliation with the Sigs is motivated by need for authenticity, to encourage more buyers.

- They are free to send to the wallet. But, I think the point that we should avoid formal donations is a good one.
